Trex-online

Vladimir Makarenkov (makarenkov.vladimir(at)uqam.ca) and Alix Boc (alix.boc(at)uqam.ca) from the Department of Computer Science of the Université du Québec à Montréal have released the T-Rex (Tree and Reticulogram Reconstruction) web server intended for the analysis and visualization of phylogenetic trees and networks. The web server is available at the following URL: www.trex.uqam.ca.
