Partial Horizontal Gene Transfer Detection

Partial HGT-Detection allows you to infer partial horizontal gene transfers
(species tree should be given by its Newick string and sequence data should be provided for the gene under study).

Paste your rooted species tree in the Newick format:

Species tree file Pasted

Paste your sequences in the sequential Phylip format (no spaces in the species names; at least one space is required in the end of a species name) into the window :

Gene sequences file Pasted

Data set : Matte-Taillez et al. (2002, gene rpl12e, 14 species)

Email address (required field; the results will be sent to you by email)
Tree inference PhyML
Neighbor Joining
Sequence type Amino Acids
DNA
Sliding window size
Step size
Number of replicates in bootstrap
Display transfers with bootstrap support higher than x%%
Number of consecutive windows necessary to validate a transfer

Console version
UNIX/Linux/Mac version of Partial HGT-Detection v1.2
